We don’t just try to offer a great experience to our guests, we guarantee it!
We specialize in short-term rentals, but we will offer you a long-term rental agreement. You will always get your rent, on time, regardless of the property occupancy.
Once you enter into an agreement with us, we have the right to sublease the property, and we will guarantee your income every month.
We cater to guests who will require furnished units, but we take care of all the costs!

GUESTS
Every one of our guests is prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and will only stay between 1-6 nights at a time. They are often business men and women who are in town for a limited period of time. This guarantees that the wear and tear are reduced significantly, as they do not spend as much time at the apartment, and it doesn’t get properly ‘lived in’.
In order to attract the best guests, we also guarantee them that the place is cleaned at the highest standards by a professional cleaning company, at no extra cost to you, the landlord.
NO EXTRA COST, NO EXTRA WORK
There is no extra fee or cost to you, at any time. Once we sign a lease and provide you with the security deposit, you will not have to do anything else. We will handle all the extra management, and you can just sit back!
